Caribe International Bank Corp. (“CIB”) is a corporation organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico with a license issued in 2016by the Office of the Commissioner of Financial Institutions pursuant to Act No. 273-2012, as amended (Act 273-2012 or the IFE Act), known as the International Financial Center Regulatory Act, and Regulation 5653, issued by the Office pursuant to Puerto Rico Act No. 52 of August 11, 1989, as amended, ("Act 52")' known as the International Banking Center Regulatory Act, to operate as an International Financial Entity (IFE).
